Priscilla Elms

Priscilla Elms is a dedicated real estate professional and proud mother of three teenagers. She works alongside her husband and business partner, Michael Elms bringing their deep commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals as leaders of The Elm Street Group. Priscilla and Michael met in San Francisco and relocated to her home state of New Jersey in 2002 where Michael launched his real estate career.
 
After spending a decade at a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, Priscilla made the decision to transition into real estate, bringing her strong interpersonal skills and talent for finding the right fit to a new industry. The shift was a natural one—both recruiting and real estate require a deep understanding of people and a drive to make meaningful matches. Her background in recruitment, combined with her psychology degree from Bucknell University, uniquely positions her to guide clients with empathy, insight, and professionalism.
 
Over the past eleven years, Priscilla and Michael have built a dynamic and successful partnership, now thriving in the collaborative environment at Weichert Realtors. They are passionate about serving their community and helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions with confidence and care.
 
Priscilla is a graduate of the Pingry School in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and remains deeply connected to the local area she proudly calls home.
